The Bryan Kocis Murder Comedy Show

Luzerne County prosecutors say they have 385 “prospective witnesses” they might call to rebut the possible alibi defense of homicide suspect Joseph Kerekes … The prosecutors made the revelation in court papers filed Monday in response to Kerekes’ alibi claim. Timesleader
Do You Get The Joke?
Joseph Kerekes’ alleged Alibi defense, more likely than not, was a Defense Ploy to get Prosecutors to commit to a specific time of death and method of crime for the Byran Kocis Murder. Because, the bottom line is that Prosecutors in Luzerne County have no possible way in hell of proving when Bryan Kocis was killed.
The Luzerne County Coroner who presided over the autopsy for Bryan Kocis is on record saying that he “didn’t know” when Bryan Kocis was killed. Sooooo,
If Prosecutors have 385 witnesses who can place Joseph Kerekes at “the scene of the crime” when Bryan Kocis was murdered, exactly when do Prosecutors allege Bryan Kocis was murdered? And, what possible proof can Prosecutors have to claim that Bryan Kocis was murdered on some specific date when the fucking Coronner is ON RECORD saying he didn’t know when Bryan Kocis was murder?
It’s like an Abbot and Costello Routine.
[What Does It Matter At This Point Anyway?
The entire Bryan Kocis Murder investigation was centered on Harlow Cuadra and the prosecution of Harlow Cuadra is DOA. So, what does it matter what Prosecutors claim at this point against Joseph Kerekes? Once The Harlow Cuadra case gets dismissed, there won’t be enough evidence to justify any prosecution of Joseph Kerekes.
