An affidavit of probable cause filed with the application for the search warrant reveals new details in the case, many of which show investigators believe Kocis knew his attacker or attackers. According to court documents:

The victim was already dead when the living room was set on fire. The origin of the blaze was determined to be the living room couch, where investigators later found Kocis’ charred body. Officials found a “folding-style knife” nearby.

Cobra Video even, at one time, had a website full of photos of Brent Corrigan that also appeared to have been specifically selected to DEGRADE and HUMILIATE Brent. Cobra’s startegy appeared t be that it would flood the markeplace with free nudes of Corrigan so that nobody would pay to see Corrigan nude.

Cobra Video registered “Brent Corrigan” as a trademark in Pennsylvania and, as a result, there was a big legal fight by Cobra to prevent Brent Corrigan from using the name “Brent Corrigan” and the domain name brentcorriganonline.com .

There is a big fahking difference between a legal dispute and trying to destroy someone’s life. In the same way that Barbara Fahking Walters tried to Destroy Star Jones’ life, Cobra Videos tried to DESTROY Brent Corrigan’s life.

Gaypornblog.com is claiming that Brent Corrigan (Sean Lockhart) and Kocis had settled their dispute. The Edge claims that a “settlement hearing” for the lawsuit filed by Kocis against Corrigan was scheduled for Feb 21.

This is apparently how Kocis looked before he was stabbed and burned. Kocis had been charged with abusing a 15 year old boy before his dispute with Brent Corrigan.
