Legal Water Polo Boys from Randy Blue (adult site)

Unauthorized photos of dozens of
apparently-unsuspecting high school boys water polo players, some as young
as 14, were found on five gay-oriented Web sites, the Orange County
Register reported. The boys are from least 11 Orange County high schools,
and well as schools in Los Angeles and San Diego counties.  10News.com

One of the newspapers reporting on this story wondered if the act of
uploading photos of underaged boys to a gay porn site is illegal.. 
Well, given what is in the White House right now, given who controls the
Justice Department and, given the fact that this is an election year, I
would have to say that the person who took the photos and uploaded them to
gay porn sites could probably look forward to The Justice Department
filing some kind of criminal complaint against him.

I remember there being something in the news a few years ago about the
Government prosecuting adult content producers who produced Computer
Generated Images that looked like children.

Bryan Kocis’ Charmed Life in Luzerne County

In 2002, after Bryan Kocis was arrested as result of him being found in
possession of video tape of him having sex with a 15 year old boy, Kocis
was  allowed to plead guilty to crime with no jail time and Luzerne
County returned to Kocis the adult video tapes and equipment it seized
from Bryan Kocis.  Bryan Kocis’ Lawyer Al Flora, Jr. was quoted in
the press saying that Bryan Kocis was a business man engaged in a legal
business.  Really?  Consider this:

1.  There were several newspapers that quoted Al Flora, Jr.
commenting on the fact that Bryan Kocis "contracted" with the 15
year old boy for the boy to perform for Cobra Video.  THIS implies
that Bryan Kocis PAID the 15 year old boy monie as a Cobra Video model.

2.  The only state in the US that has specifically decriminalized
the production of adult videos is CALIFORNIA.

3.  So, let’s assume that the 15 year old boy was 21 years
old.  Contracting with a 21 year old for that 21 year old to perform
sex acts for money in a gay adult video is ILLEGAL in Pennsylvania. 
Paying a 21 year old man for sex is illegal in Pennsylvania.  Since
paying someone to perform in adult videos is a crime in Pennsylvania, you
would assume, that a company in the business of paying people to perform
in adult videos is not a legal business in Pennsylvania.
