Bryan Kocis Murder Trial in a Telephone Booth

April 15, 2008 in Freak Show Trial by Freak-Show-Trial

Caroline Kennedy was a Fat Girl in college. There was a “joke” reported in a gossip magazine “back-in-the-day” that was circulating around Caroline Kennedy’s college. The joke was:

“How is it possible to get both Caroline Kennedy and Santa Claus in a telephone booth? Answer: Because there is no Santa Claus”.

The joke was that Caroline Kennedy was so fat, it wasn’t possible to get another person in a telephone booth with her. Well,

Luzerne County can hold The Bryan Kocis Murder Trial in a telephone booth because there won’t be any Bryan Kocis Murder Trial. Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes are more likely to be ACCIDENTALLY KILLED IN PRISON than there is likely to be any murder trial for them. In fact,

A September 2008 trial date HAS to be stretching the Speedy Trial window for Harlow Cuadra and possibly Joseph Kerekes as well.

Based on what has occurred so far with respect to the prosecution of Harlow Cuadra, it is pretty much guaranteed that there is no way in hell there is going to be a murder trial for Harlow Cuadra in September.

Nothing Luzerne County does at this point, NOTHING is going to prevent The Bryan Kocis Scandal from TAKING DOWN The Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas and, possibly, The Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office.

Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas Judge Peter Paul Olszewski Jr. on Tuesday scheduled the trial of Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes to begin Sept. 2. Timesleader

Regime Changes and The Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas

There is a GENERAL RULE of Science/Physics that nothing in nature is 100%.

The reality is that no chemical reaction is 100%, no naturally occurring event is PEFECT.

I suggest to you that The Murder of Bryan Kocis as a way of TAKING DOWN The President Judge of Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas is simply TOO PERFECT for it to have been a natural occurrence.

The President Judge of The Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas at the time of Bryan Kocis’ Murder announced that he would retire from the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas ON THE SUNDAY before the arrests of Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes. Wasn’t that a TAD ODD?
