Not only are Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes going to walk but, a whole lot of other CRIMINAL DEFENDANTs who had trials before that Keystone Cops of a Court in Luzerne County are also going to walk.

It has already been reported that The US Attorney in now looking into the fixing of criminal cases in Luzerne County. Any investigation into CRIMINAL CASES in Luzerne County has to at some point lead to the fact that Bryan Kocis didn’t register as a Sex Offender.

A Newspaper in Luzerne County that had a million dollar defamation lawsuit decided against it by Judge Mark Ciavarella is alleging that Judge Conahan met regularly with a man alleged to have ties to organized crime.

As we have said here many times, Judges don’t operate in isolation. In order for two corrupt judges to have been “fixing” criminal cases in Luzerne County, at the very least, The District Attorney’s Office had to be looking the other way.

Kulick testified that he and crime boss William D’Elia held numerous meetings with Conahan and that D’Elia claimed Conahan had assured him that the outcome of the defamation case would be postiive for the plaintiff, who was an associate of D’Elia.
