We said it before and we will say it again, Prosecutors don’t stoop to all of the STUNTS the Luzerne County Prosecutors have stooped to when Prosecutors have an iron clad case against criminal defendants.

There can’t be a murder trial for Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes because too much Luzerne County / Bryan Kocis shit would come out, so, Cuadra and Kerekes have to either be KILLED or declared LEGALLY INSANE.

You Get Your Shrinks and We’ll Get Ours

I think it is in the movie Network where the infamous line: “You get your shrinks and we’ll get ours” is spoken. As I recall,

Some concerned party wants to get the mentally unstable Newscaster in Network some help and the network wants to keep the guy on the air because his lunatic rantings are increasing the tv network’s ratings. The Concerned party threatens to have the newscater declared insane and the network then says: “You get your shrinks and we’ll get ours”.

Literally, it is possible to SHOP AROUND AND BUY expert testimony. The government or some other party with money can shop around for a Shrink who will testify (FOR THE RIGHT PRICE) that you are insane.

If someone wants to take your property or otherwise take advantage of you, it is possible for that party to BUY SOME EXPERT WITNESS who will tesitfy that you are insane and can’t handle your own affairs. It’s a very old CON.

NEVER EVER PROVIDE THE GOVERNMENT WITH MEDICAL RECORDS

It is very common for the government to request medical records from people in relation to a Security Clearance Investigation. I think most people provide these medical records without thinking twice about it. However, TWO THINGs:

1. Once a Government Agency has your medical records, that agency can BUY an expert witness to say whatever the government wants said. And,

2. Once a Government Agency has your medical records, it can share those records with other government agencies and any one of those other government agencies and then shop around for some expert witness.

The legally sound thing to do when a Government Agency asks for your medical records is to give the agency permission to talk to YOUR DOCTOR. This way, the government can’t shop around for some Expert Witness who will reach some medical conclusion about you radically different from the opinion of your physician.

With respect to Luzerne County, I think the words of a character in the movie The Fly are appropriate, i.e.,
