Harlow Cuadra and Cops Don’t Make Good Lawyers

December 7, 2007 in Freak Show Trial by Freak-Show-Trial

If the current charges against Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes ARE dropped by The Luzerne County District Attorney (OR are dismissed without prejudice by a Judge), it is my understanding that the Luzerne County DA would then be free to file NEW / DIFFERENT charges against Cuadra and Kerekes AND POSSIBLY OTHERS, and that the Luzerne County DA would be free to pursue / argue A DIFFERENT MOTIVE in re who Killed Bryan Kocis and Why?

The Bryan Kocis Murder, Three Blind Men and an Elephant

There is some old story about three blind men feeling around an elephant and neither one of the blind men gets an accurate idea of what the object they are feeling is because they are each only “sensing” a small piece of the whole animal.

In the Criminal Justice Business, you have these two parties, Cops and Prosecutors, making decisions about who to pursue for crimes and, neither one of the parties probably has a very good picture of how the subject crimes were committed and what persons have the biggest motives for committing the crimes.

I strongly suggest to you that if Investigators of The Bryan Kocis Murder had a clue back in January 2007 that Bryan Kocis had two companies named Cobra Video LLC, there might be two very different defendants facing trial right now for the murder of Bryan Kocis.

I personally find it A TAD ODD that FRIENDS of a Certain Person have this VIEW that if Cuadra and Kerekes aren’t convicted of the murder of Bryan Kocis that Cops will be going after their FRIEND.

Based on all available evidence, The Infamous Settlement Agreement between “Bryan Kocis, Sean Lockhart, Grant Roy and LSG Media” is really a settlement agreement between Sean Lockhart, Grant Roy, LSG Media and The Delaware Cobra Video LLC, not Bryan Kocis the individual.

I don’t think the final Settlement Agreement has been made public, so, Kocis the individual could technically be a party to the settlement agreement even though Kocis was not a party to the lawsuit filed in San Diego. However, there is a “strong indication” that the Settlement Agreement is in fact only between the entities that were parties to the San Diego Lawsuit (i.e., The Delaware Cobra Video LLC, Lockhart, Roy, and LSG Media.

Bryan Kocis’ Delaware Cobra Video LLC could be nothing more than a shell company Bryan Kocis created specifically to use to sue Lockhart and Roy so that Kocis could protect his personal assets from The Wrath of a Federal Judge and/or to protect his personal assets should he have lost the lawsuit in San Diego. In other words,

The Infamous Settlement Agreement could in fact have “settled” nothing. In fact, pay very close attention here, after The Infamous Settlement Agreement was signed, Bryan Kocis the individual could have then legally threatened to sue Lockhart and Roy in his personal capacity AND, Kocis could have threatened a third lawsuit against Lockhart and Roy from The Pennsylvania Cobra Video LLC.

Cops / Investigators associated with The Bryan Kocis Murder, I suggest to you, probably did NOT search the corporate filings for The Pennsylvania Cobra Video LLC and The Delaware Cobra Video LLC and match the dates that each company was formed against the legal documents filed by Kocis in re his lawsuit in Federal Court in San Diego. Would anyone really expect COPs to be smart lawyers, to search the victim’s corporate filings as part of their investigation into a murder?

I further suggest to you that Investigators and Prosecutors associated with The Bryan Kocis Murder probably did not learn that Bryan Kocis had two companies named Cobra Video LLC until we posted the information on This Board. In other words, it is possible that Investigators and Prosecutors associated with The Bryan Kocis Murder did not learn that there were two Cobra Video LLCs until they had already committed themselves to prosecuting Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes for the murder of Bryan Kocis.
