I knew Bryan Kocis had a lot of power in Luzerne County but, I didn’t know that Bryan Kocis had the right to OWN people.

What? Lincoln freed the slaves but Bryan Kocis still had the rights to Sean Lockhart?

If Bryan Kocis owned the rights to Sean Lockhart does that then mean that Sean Lockhart now belongs to Bryan Kocis’ heirs?

Can Bryan Kocis’ heirs legally auction off Sean Lockhart on Ebay?

If Bryan Kocis owned the rights to Sean Lockhart does that mean that Kocis could have killed Lockhart without it counting as murder?
