We just discovered that Brentcorriganinc.com is advertising via Google Adwords on the key words Sean Lockhart
Heard on the net:
The upcoming Rolling Stone article on Sean Lockhart (aka Brent Corrigan) is based on what it is about Sean Lockhart that is worth killing for.
Jesus Christ. I just wonder what kind of closet case could write a whole article for Rolling Stone based on the fantasy that any one adult video performer would be worth killing anyone for. AND,
What happens to the Sean Lockhart is To Die For Fantasy when Luzerne County Prosecutors admit that their current motive for murder makes little if any sense(and, God Forbid, take a look at “other possible motives” that make a shit load of sense.
Sean Lockkhart was not legally bound by contract to Bryan Kocis/Cobra Video because contracts between adult video companies and their peformers are “essentially” contracts for sex and they are therefore void and unenforceable as constituting “prostitution”.
Since the Virginia Attorney Barry Taylor was listed as the attorney for boybatter.com, and Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes “contracted” with models to perform for boybatter.com, it must be assumed that Cuadra and Kerekes knew full well (based on advice for legal counsel they had on retainer) that no court in the United States had ever enforced a contract to perform sex acts in a video. In other words, Cuadra and Kerekes had legal counsel on retainer that should have told them that Sean Lockhart was in no shape or form legally bound to Bryan Kocis/Cobra Video.
Wouldn’t it be a fucking kick-in-the-head if the attorney Barry Taylor is actually prepared to testify under oath that he in fact advised Cuadra and Kerekes that Lockhart’s “contract” with Cobra Video to perform sex acts in adult videos was void and unenforceable?
In addition, as we pointed out previously, Sean Lockhart himself filed pleadings in answer to the lawsuit filed against him by Bryan Kocis in which Lockhart argued that his “contract” with Cobra Video constituted prostitution and was therefore void and unenforceable.
Luzerne County Prosecutors appear to have ELECTED to pursue the motive for the murder of Bryan Kocis they chose because they wanted to somehow santize that thang that was Bryan Kocis by presenting Bryan Kocis as some legitimate Business Man engaged in a lawful business. I have been unable to uncover anything that Bryan Kocis was engaged in that was remotely legal.
Sean Lockhart? Oh, That’s Just Me Real Name
There is an old movie in which professor Michael Caine has an appointement with a woman student and when the woman comes to his office, Michael Caine greets the woman by the name that is on the appointment sheet. The woman then says: “No, I’m such and such”. Michael Caine then asks: “Well, who is Barbara Brown?” The woman replies: “Oh, that’s just me real name”.
Sean Lockhart’s obsession with the mark BRENT CORRIGAN will prove to NOT be to his advantage.
I think it was a big mistake for Sean Lockhart to post a recent blog entry in which he clearly showed the world (and Defense Attorneys for Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes) that he, Lockhart, is still obsessed with using the name BRENT CORRIGAN. Lockhart’s apparent obsession with BRENT CORRIGAN provides Defense Attorneys with an alternative motive for the Murder of Bryan Kocis. There is ample evidence for Defense Attorneys for Cuadra and Kerekes to argue that Bryan Kocis’ murder was somehow related to Lockhart’s obsession with using BRENT CORRIGAN and the fact that Bryan Kocis/Cobra Video owns at least two trademark licenses to the mark BRENT CORRIGAN. Bryan Kocis/Cobra Video, as we understand the facts, holds a trademark/service mark on the mark BRENT CORRIGAN with the State of Pennsylvania and with the US Trademark Office.
As a result of Sean Lockhart’s obsession with GETTING and USING the mark BRENT CORRIGAN, Lockhart appears to have overlooked protecting the rights to HIS REAL NAME.
SEANLOCKHART.COM resolves to no website and it is unclear who owns that domain name. While SEANLOCKHARTONLINE.COM resolves to BRENTCORRIGANONLINE.COM and it appears to be owned by a company Sean Lockhart is no longer associated with, i.e., LSG Media.
