Nude Beach Tapes as Evidence at Harlow Cuadra Hearing

August 2, 2007 in Freak Show Trial by Freak-Show-Trial

Harlow Cuadra’s blog is claiming that The State will offer the tapes of Harlow Cuadra and Sean Lockhart nekkid on a nude beach in San Diego as evidence in a preliminary hearing at the end of this Month.

The preliminary hearing in his case is going to be at the end of August, the state will be offering the Blacks Beach tape into evidence, this will be a two day hearing. Just a friendly update. Harlow Cuadra’s Blog (adult site)

If The State is desperate enough to offer The Black’s Beach Tapes into Evidence, that could only mean that:

1. The State does not believe Joseph Kerekes’ statements in his interview from jail in which Kerekes places himself and Cuadra in Luzerne County at the alleged time of Bryan Kocis’ murder.

2. There is zero evidence placing either Harlow Cuadra or Joseph Kerekes at the “crime scene” at the alleged time of Bryan Kocis’ murder and, The State needs the Black’s Beach Tapes with the “alleged” confession of Harlow Cuadra to prove that Cuadra and Kerekes had ever been inside of Kocis’ house.

2. The State is so desperate that, it will actually stoop to presenting a Gay Pornstar who looks 12 years old (Sean Lockhart) as its Star Witness. In our opinion, no Prosecutor in Luzerne County (or anywhere else) could possibly be excited about building a Prosecution case around Sean Lockhart as The Star Witness.

Of Course, it seems to me it would be more accurate to say that The State has placed the Black’s Beach Tapes on its list of Possible Exhibits to be presented at the Preliminary Hearing. It seems to us that The Defense can’t know for certain that The State will submit the Black’s Beach Tapes into evidence. In order to submit the Black’s Beach Tapes into evidence, would not The State need to have Sean Lockhart in Luzerne County at the end of August?

What are the chances Sean Lockhart will set foot in Luzerne County voluntarily? Having a State Witness who is terrified of The State can’t be a good thing.

The Quest for a Conviction against Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes that won’t be reversed is Dead-er than Bryan Kocis.

IN OUR OPINION, The actions by The State of Virginia depriving Cuadra and Kerekes of their Constitutional Rights to the Legal Counsel and Defense Strategies of their Choice GUARANTEES that any conviction against Cuadra and Kerekes will be REVERSED. So, in our opinion, The State of Pennsylvania is NOT LIKELY to present the Black’s Beach Tapes into evidence because they KNOW OR SHOULD KNOW that the prosectuion of Cuadra and Kerekes is DOOMED FROM THE GIT GO.

Also, The State is not likely to present SOFT CORE PORN AS EVIDENCE because doing so would bring even more unwanted PRESS ATTENTION to Luzerne County. Unless the Case Files for Cuadra and Kerekes are SEALED, The Black’s Beach Tapes will be playing 24/7 on CourtTV IF they are admitted into evidence.

The best possible scenario for Cuadra and Kerekes is to have THE WHOLE WORLD WATCHING.

With the entire world looking at SOFTCORE PORN featuring Harlow Cuadra and Sean Lockhart, the resulting WORLDWIDE PRESS would turn Luzerne County into even more of a laughing stock. READ, not only would you have a County where a child molester was openly operating a gay bareback porn production studio in his basement but, you have a County that has to STOOP to presenting SOFTCORE PORN AS ITS KEY EVIDENCE IN A MURDER TRIAL.

Personally, I think THE DEFENSE (for Cuadra and Kerekes) thinks the Black’s Beach Tape are a JOKE, and that The Public will view The Tapes as a Joke, and that THE DEFENSE is taunting/making fun of The Prosecution by hinting that PORN is The State’s only evidence “allegedly” placing Cuadra and Kerekes at the Murder Scene.

Simply, it seems to me that it can only be a SURE THING that The State WILL Present The Black’s Beach Tapes into evidence IF the Defense don’t plan to object to the tapes being offered as evidence. AND, wouldn’t you expect The Defense to strongly object to The Black’s Beach Tapes being offered as evidence, I mean, if the Tapes show what The State claims the tapes show.
