The Cobra Video LSG Media Settlement Agreement

August 4, 2007 in Bryan Kocis Murder by Harlow-Cuadra-Forum

There is a BOMBSHELL document out there that (as far as we can tell) has not yet been made public. The bombshell document is the final settlement agreement between Cobra Video, Sean Lockhart and LSG Media in re the lawsuit Bryan Kocis/Cobra Video filed in Federal Court in San Diego. IF (as appears to be the case) The Final Settlement Agreement between Cobra Video, Sean Lockhart and LSG Media requires/forces Sean Lockhart to perform gay sex acts in Adult Videos for Cobra Video THEN, the settlement agreement could be used to destroy the credibility of testimony from Bryan Kocis’ lawyers and associates at murder trials for Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes.

Question: Are you saying Bryan Kocis was alive on 1/24/07 because you talked to him on the telephone and emailed him on 1/24/07?
Answer: Yes
Question: On or about January 2007, weren’t you actively AIDING Bryan Kocis in his efforts to use the threat of financial ruin to force Sean Lockart to perform gay sex acts in Adult Videos for Cobra Video?
Answer: Huh, I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that it could be used to incriminate me.

Correct me if I’m wrong but, aren’t ALL of the people who have Bryan Charles Kocis alive on 1/24/07 Bryan Kocis’ lawyers and business associates?

Clearly, if paying someone money to perform sex acts in the production of Adult Videos is illegal (everywhere EXCEPT in The State of California), the Law should have a big problem with Bryan Kocis trying to FORCE Sean Lockhart to perform gay sex acts in the production of Adult Videos for Cobra Video under the threat of the financial ruin to Sean Lockhart.

If the law has a big problem with Bryan Kocis trying to FORCE Sean Lockhart to perform gay sex acts in the production of Adult Videos for Cobra Video THEN, the law should also have a big problem with anyone who helped and/or aided Bryan Kocis in his efforts to FORCE Sean Lockhart to perform gay sex acts in adult videos for Cobra Video.

Based on what we’ve read about The Final Settlement Agreement in re the lawsuit Bryan Kocis/Cobra Video filed against Sean Lockhart and LSG Media, the agreement does in fact REQUIRE that Sean Lockhart perform gay sex acts in Adult Videos for Cobra Video.

I obviously have no way of knowing if the “forum of convenience” for the settlement agreement (and litigation related to enforcing the settlement agreement) is California or Pennsylvania. However, while PAYING someone to perform sex acts in Adult Videos may be legal in California, I don’t think using the threat of financial ruin to FORCE a Kid to perform gay sex acts in adults videos is legal anywhere in the US

Summary

1. If the final settlement agreement between Cobra Video, Sean Lockhart and LSG Media requires that Sean Lockhart perform gay sex acts in adult videos for Cobra Video THEN, it can be argued that Bryan Charles Kocis’ REAL MOTIVE for shutting down the billing opearation for Sean Lockhart’s business at brentcorriganonline.com and Bryan Kocis’ real motive for suing Sean Lockhart in Federal Court in San Diego was to FORCE Sean Lockhart into performing sex acts in Adult Videos for Cobra Video. It seems to me that if Bryan Kocis’ motive for suing Lockhart in San Diego was simply to protect Cobra Video’s alleged trademark interest in the mark BRENT CORRIGAN (as Kocis no doubt terrified lawyers allege) then, one would expect that The Final Settlement Agreement would simply require that Lochart not use the name Brent Corrigan. If Kocis lawsuit in San Diego was simply about TRADEMARK claims, there shouldn’t be any requirement in the agreement that Lockhart perform sex acts for Cobra Video. And, obviously, any agreement that involves sex for money is void and unenforceable in very State in the Union.

2. If the final settlement agreement between Cobra Video, Sean Lockhart and LSG Media DOES require that Sean Lockhart perform sex acts in Adult Videos for Cobra Video AND the settlement agreement can be used to PROVE that Bryan Kocis’ real motives for suing Sean Lockhart was to FORCE Lockhart to perform sex acts in Adult Videos for Cobra Video THEN, any lawyer for Bryan Kocis, any business associate of Bryan Kocis and/or any employee(s) of Bryan Kocis would bear the taint of (at the very least) being associated with a Child Molester and his various efforts to Force a Kid to perform gay sex acts in Adult Videos for Cobra Video.

I’m not sure if an organized campaign to force Sean Lockhart to perform gay sex acts in adult videos for Cobra Video would fall under the Federal RICO statute but, I don’t see how an organized campaign to force Sean Lockhart to perform gay sex acts in adult videos for Cobra Videos could possibly be legal.
