Question of the Month: If Defense Attorneys plan to exploit the UNKNOWN time of Death for Bryan Kocis, and you can bet that they do, How Will Defense Attorneys deal with the “witnesses” who claim that they communicated with Bryan Kocis on 1/24/08?

The nice polite way to deal with THE GANG that has Kocis alive on 1/24/08 is to exploit the fact that none of these individuals actually SAW Bryan Kocis alive.

Bryan Kocis’s Lawyer, Robert Wagner, Brent Corrigan, Some UK Lawyer known as “CAD” and maybe one or more other “associates” of Bryan Kocis are the people who claim that they communicated with Kocis on 1/24/08.

Isn’t it funny that Sean Lockhart appears to be the only one of the people who claim that they talked to Bryan Kocis on 1/24/08 who we know was DEPOSED by Prosecutors?

Maybe the deposition of Sean Lockhart was not actually a pre-trial deposition.
