Michael Moore Harlow Cuadra and Luzerne County

April 27, 2009 in Freak Show Trial by Freak-Show-Trial

A production crew working with filmmaker Michael Moore was in Luzerne County last week interviewing figures in the kids-for-cash scandal … Moore, famous for left-leaning documentaries such as “Bowling for Columbine” and “Fahrenheit 9/11,” was not present during the filming, according to two sources familiar with the project who spoke on condition of anonymity because of confidentiality agreements signed by those interviewed. A Perfect Storm against The Luzerne County DA’s Office (for Allowing Bryan Kocis and Cobra Video to operate openly in Luzerne County) seems to be brewing.

Personally, I don’t think there is any case to be made to explain how Bryan Kocis got away with operating Cobra Video out of his basement in a State where the production of porn is criminalized.

A documentary by Micheal Moore on Corrupt Luzerne County would dovetail nicely with Harlow Cuadra’s appeal.

The Math on Luzerne County and Cobra Video

The Math on Luzerne County and Cobra Video SHOULD be obvious to anyone with even a little legal knowledge. Not only is the production of porn criminalized in Pennsylvania, prostitution is illegal in PA. The fact that paying someone money to perform sex acts is criminalized in PA means that every single instance in which Bryan Kocis “contracted” with a model to perform in the production of a Cobra Video could be used to support a Criminal RICO Charge against Kocis for doing the “contracting” and against Luzerne County for allowing the contracting to go on.

And then there is the little matter of whether or not that Settlement Agreement between Sean Lockhart and Bryan Kocis makes Lockhart and Cobra Video PARTNERS.

DO YOU SEE NOW how you can fuck yourself in the ass by going to court with shit that you should never have talked about in ANY court?
