It really is amazing what The Massive Bryan Kocis Murder Investigation has descended into. With the arrest of Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes, Luzerne County PA allegedly had an ironclad murder case against Cuadra and Kerekes and, Virginia Beach VA had an ironclad criminal RICO case against Cuadra and Kerekes. Now,

Leap forward to May 2008 and, Luzerne County PA is falling back on the ultimate desperation for Prosecutors, i.e., Heresay Jail House Testimony.

What happened to the tons and tons of IP Address bullshit?

Any fool should have realized when Investigators announced their Bullshit IP Address Data that no Judge anywhere in America was ever going to actually read that crap.

Heresay Jailhouse Testimony is as suspect at the testimony of Paid Expert Witnesses. Just as Prosecutors can shop around and BUY an expert witness to say whatever Prosecutors want said, Prosecutors can shop around for a convict eager enough to “lessen his burden” to say whatever Prosecutors want said.

One of those inmates was Robert Tolley, 39, who was jailed with Kerekes in the Virginia Beach Correctional Facility. Tolley in July told police Kerekes admitted to killing “some guy in Pennsylvania.”

That same month, police interviewed John Riggs in Virginia. Riggs, 25, said Kerekes spoke of how he and Cuadra had to make Kocis “disappear” in order to get the rights of a porn actor who was under contract with Kocis. Kerekes said he traveled to Kocis’ home with Cuadra but stayed in the vehicle. But then Cuadra called Kerekes for assistance. Kocis was already dead and the two were trying to clean up the home. They moved Kocis’ body in front of a “big screen TV,” then stole numerous items from the home before burning it. But Kerekes also said he and Cuadra both slit Kocis’ throat.

In October, police interviewed Robert Rodden, 42, at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility. Rodden said Kerekes told Rodden he bought a knife in Virginia before traveling to Pennsylvania. Then he bought wine and another knife before lodging at the Fox Ridge Inn. There, he “made several phone calls” and used his computer to aid his alibi defense.

But Rodden became upset with the “heartless” manner in which Kerekes spoke of Kocis. Kerekes even laughed at Kocis, and said: “They haven’t even buried him yet. They have him frozen somewhere.” Timesleader

NO MURDER WEAPON FOUND!

There is one little Red Flag about a possible murder weapon for the murder of Bryan Kocis in the Timesleader’s article on the Heresay Jailhouse Testimony lined up against Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes. The Heresay Jailhouse Testimony has Joseph Kereskes buying two knives. The obvious Red Flag here is that Investigators CANNOT link the knife found with Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes to the murder of Bryan Kocis. In other words, The Massive Bryan Kocis Murder Investigation HAS NOT Identified A Murder Weapon AND, it has not identified a Time of Death for Bryan Kocis.

Timesleader

Of course, in Luzerne County, not knowing how and when Bryan Kocis was killed shouldn’t get in the way of Luzerne County obtaining a guilty verdit against Cuadra and Kerekes.
